Off the kitchen is a games room with table tennis table; perfect for the kids to escape the parents. Five bedrooms are located upstairs well away from the activity.

The home is fully air conditioned, including all bedrooms. 

The two main bedrooms upstairs open onto a large, sunny balcony that enjoys filtered Pittwater views and striking sunsets.

There is a safe and fenced courtyard upon entry to the property. An inground pool, which is visible from the downstairs living area, completes the package.

There is a double lock up garage and off street parking for an additional two cars.
