Located in a quiet street high in Palm Beach this family beach house is the idyllic beach escape. Perfect for large, extended or multiple families this tastefully decorated home features all the creature comforts.

There are four bedrooms with a mixture of queens, doubles, bunks and singles accommodating up to 11 guests in total. All of the front bedrooms and the living rooms enjoy filtered water views.

The lounge and dinning area are combined and feature multiple couches, occasional chairs with a 12 seater dining setting and lamps and candles and fireplace creating the perfect entertaining environment.

The kitchen is modern and boasts stainless steel European appliances including gas cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

There are front and rear level yards with a kid's cubby house at the rear perfect for keeping big and little people entertained for hours.

Additionally there are two over sized entertaining decks both with outdoor settings with BBQ and path located directly off the internal living rooms.

The property is incredibly peaceful and only a short 10 min walk down to the beach. Shops, cafes and restaurants are all located within easy access.
