The kitchen is a chef's galley style kitchen and features double wall oven, gas stove, dishwasher and large fridge. The kitchen flows easily to the dining space, comfortably seating 8.
There is a separate tv lounge area on this level which is perfect for kids or adults that just have to watch that show or movie. The other lounge area is ideal for reading or simply taking in the view.
On the entrance level is a queen bedroom with views across the courtyard and ocean. There is also a bathroom on this level. This is a great space if you are travelling with older family members as it has level access through the entrance to the bedroom. There are only 5 steps down to the main living areas from here.
On the lower level are 3 more bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed and large walk in robe. Lie in bed and enjoy the ocean views!
Next to the main bedroom is a twin single room complete with built-ins. The third bedroom is small but is perfect for a small child and offers a single bed. All three bedrooms share the full bathroom featuring shower and bathtub. There is also a separate laundry on this level with washer and dryer and external access to the pool. A double lock up garage and off street parking for two cars completes the picture.
With sleeping accommodation for a total of 7, this lovely laid-back beach house is a wonderful escape from reality and available all year around for holidays.
