The main house features 3 bedrooms comprising of 1 x QB, 1 x DB and 2 singles plus there is an additional cabin at the rear of the garden with another queen comfortably sleeping 8 in total. The advantage of this property is that there is separation in the sleeping areas which makes it perfect for two families, a nanny or grand parents. Additionally as it is set over a single level it is easy for children and elderly family members.

Fully renovated main bathroom has shower/bath facilities and is beautifully appointed. There is a second bathroom facility in the laundry just outside which also doubles as a private facility for the cabin.

Kids can have a ball running around in the big level backyard which also has lots of space for outdoor dining during those balmy summer nights.

The main surfing beach, shops, cafes, restaurant and cinema are just a short stroll down the private walk way, so no need to even go onto the main road.

With all the trimmings for the perfect summer holiday this is just too lovely for words!
