This huge studio apartment (downstairs) is very private, making it perfect for those seeking a retreat away from the crowds.  Accommodation comprises large living area with queen sized bed and double sofa bed. There is a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher & microwave as well as a TV, video, CD player, and gas barbecue.

Seamless indoor/outdoor living furnished in comfortable beach style.  The huge private north-east facing verandah is perfect for an afternoon snooze after a day at the beach.

Rimrock Retreat is the ideal getaway and yet just 50 minutes from central Sydney. A supermarket, cafes, restaurants, shops and movies are just 5 minutes away at Avalon, and two golf courses are nearby.

This house comprises two independent levels that can be booked separately - upper level or lower level.
