Capturing a beautiful eastern sea breeze the large glass windows create a gentle and  soothing place to unwind and get back to basics of family, friends and the beach.

Featuring large lounge and separate sunroom with television and DVD player and original kitchen with oven, stove and microwave.  The living spaces are located on the upper level and flow to the rear courtyard (with BBQ and laundry) whilst the lower level features 3 bedrooms, all with views of the ocean.

There is a full bathroom downstairs, an additional bathroom with a shower and separate access to this level.

Enjoy the gardens with their old fashioned perennials or take a leisurely walk around the neighbourhood – there is plenty to see and lots of amazing bird life as well.

There are two off street carspaces.
