With excellent facilities for entertaining this casual beach house is just perfect for your next dream holiday. The property features a generous open plan combined lounge and dining area which is immediately off the kitchen ensuring that guests and cook are never far apart. There is a 6 seater timber dining setting and comfortable couches with a TV and DVD to ensure that even on a rainy day there are still things to entertain the kids.

The kitchen is modern and compact and features all the usual appliances you would expect from a beach house and maybe a couple more. The deck is located just off the living area and boasts a large timber outdoor setting plus lounges and an umbrella to shade you for lunch time dining!!

There are 2 bedrooms on this level and one bathroom. One queen bed room and a second room with twin singles. The bathroom features a bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet.

Downstairs there is a second queen bed room plus a second living area which doubles as a spare room for guests with a fold out sofa bed and some occasional bedding.

Additionally there is a BBQ at the rear of the property with a small outdoor terrace, a little strip of lawn at the front perfect for a game of afternoon Bocce and off street parking for at least 2-3 cars.

Whale Beach is less than a 5 minute walk down the road with a number of beach cafes and restaurants within a short distance. Avalon Village is only a 5 minute car ride with its' cosmopolitan boutique shops, café's, restaurants and cinema. All that is left to do is pack your bags and make a booking.
