With level access making it perfect for kids or extended families, this property offers accommodation for 6 guests by way of 2 x queen beds and a king single with trundle.  There are a total of three bedrooms.

The immaculately finished kitchen complete with CaesarStone benches, Ilve gas cook top and under bench oven, and integrated dishwasher ensure that entertaining will be effortless and with the breakfast bar at one end leading to the dining area, the cook won't miss any of the action and neither will the guests! The dining area features a lovely 12 seat timer dining setting with open plan lounge with wood burning fireplace and entertaining areas immediately adjacent.

Doors from the dining area lead out to the deck with an outdoor setting, BBQ and umbrella excellent for a lazy long lunches set amidst the greenery of the rear garden and backyard, complete with kids cubby house!!

Upstairs the master bedroom has its own sitting area with occasional chairs which lead out to a small private deck with views to the headland and ocean complete with its very own telescope. This is the perfect parent's retreat offering a private little sanctuary tucked away from the rest of the home!!   Enjoy some flicks on the large tv or record some Tivo.

There are 2 bathrooms in total one on each level and both are beautifully appointed, plus there is bath on the lower level which is good to know if you have a baby or young children, plus there is off street parking for 2 cars and an internal laundry. There is also internet connection and a library of more than 400 DVDs.

North Avalon beach and the shops are just down the road and Whale and Palm Beach are only 5 minutes in the other direction! If it's a family holiday you're after then you just can't beat Tranquillity which as the name suggests is exactly what you look for when you want to unwind!!
